Judo 3 – Fighting with dignity

In Judo 2, I was writing about the important role of judo in personal development. This was about individual development.
However, judo can also give a great contribution to good behavior of the individual in all aspects of live; intellectual, moral, social and social interaction. Also here the principle of Seiryoku Zenyo Jita Kyoei can be used.
